MANUAL' 'LOB THROUGH PASS' behaves like 'SEMI-ASSISTED'.

When you set 'LOB THROUGH PASS' to ''MANUAL', it will still behave as 'SEMI-ASSISTED'. This effects all competitive modes, so presumably the 'COMPETITIVE MASTER SWITCH' control scheme has something to do with this bug.
