Missing fc points and fc coins

Ea sports fc25

Last Thursday  on the 7th November 2025 someone apparently hacked my acct

bought some players and stole my fc coins and fc pints as well.all my 500k and 1700 fc points vanished . I have contacted the ea team support and since 7th November heard nothing.

i hope this will be fix soon if not I will leave the game saddly

    Thanks I have already reseted password through ea team support

    also I am hoping es team support will fix it and find a solution.

    How is possible that more than 15 days someone stole me more than 400k in coins , 1700 fc points and players had disappeared from my ultimate team?

    I have contacted ea team support the same date I have been robbed/hacked and still no fixing the problem ? How much time will take ?
