my companion app says i do not have a ultiamte team account

I can't log in to the companion app because it said I didn't have an ultimate team account but I have an ultimate team account and I used the right account can someone help me?

    Hi there, @mhwgb9yxfcyb 

    This normally means you're logged into the wrong account. You can find the right account by loading into FC 24 and going to Customize > EA Account. Use the email address you see there.
