It says coming soon but I pre-ordered ultimate edition and already have 24hrs on the game. Can someone help?

I bought the eafc24 ultimate edition a couple days ago on the EA app. I played 12 hours so far, even earlier today i played some games. I just tried to launch the game and it will no longer let me do this. It says the game will release on september 29th 12;00 and i will have to wait till then to continue playing. How do i fix this since its false?
- @ownagezz1 Mine is the same too no idea how to fix it, trying to re instrall to see if that works.
