@I1lll1 If anyone purchased their Ultimate edition from CD keys and used the new key as they sent an email to do.
Check the installed game product key to make sure it's using the second key and not the first faulty one.
Since the latest EA update, my game is stuck using the first faulty key which doesn't have ultimate editiion any longer... and when I uninstall and reinstall despite having redeemed the new key it continues to install the game with the first old faulty key and I don't know how to resolve it.

did you have to contact cd keys for a new code? i bought mine from cd keys and i haven't received anything from them.
