This is something that is currently being tracked. If you can please reply back with the info below so that we can forward that over to the team for review.
- Platform:
- Date of original purchase?
- If on console, which console generation do you have?
- What is your Gamertag/PSN ID?
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Date/time issue occurred?
- When were you logged in and able to play last?
- Which retailer was the game purchased from?
- Summarize your bug:
- Have you attempted to perform any troubleshooting steps? i.e clear cache, repair client uninstall reinstall game/client?

For whatever reason, i quit the ea app, reloaded, and now its working...
I cleared cache and repaired game which initially done nothing. I'm unsure if this helped or just sheer coincidence its back up and running
