- @NullF4iTH The key is the same as the one redeemed already, like i say i only ever got one key and never had an email like that

ive come here because ea's support doesn't even work properly and cant even contact them. i bought ea ultimate edition and it worked fine as usual then it suddenly crashed and the game got removed from my account i dont even know what to do and there is 80 pounds down the drain.

Depends when you purchased I can't remember the exact date but it was pre early access, I received my redeem code when I purchased which I installed with then a day later an email telling me the old one would stop working and to uninstall and use the new one, If you also purchased around this time then it is very likely your key has stopped working much like everyone elses first key, but you didn't receive the second key like we all did to get round it... worth checking spam and emails to see if you've possible missed it.

Hey, i have played the new EA FC for 6 hours so far and now suddenly it doesnt not load up, seeing as you pay extra for this i think its only fair its fixed
The only fixes i have seen are to clear the cache and that does not work, apart from that there are no solutions
