my game is missing

I purchased EA fc 24 off of cd keys and redeemed the code but didn't have space for the game. I have now made space but the game hasn't been added to my account. If I try to claim the code again it says that it has already been redeemed. Could someone help me please.

    Hey @Doinic,

    If you're not seeing the game in your library and are unable to redeem it, it may help to try clearing the cache on the EA app to see if it appears normally after that point. 

    If that still doesn't appear for you afterwards, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer where this was purchased so they can help address any issues with the code itself not redeeming the proper version of the game.

    Stop telling people it is an issue with their keys and start fixing the issue. This same issue arose with the new Star Wars: Jedi Survivor game, which required a "Backend" fix to be implemented. So why dont you start working on that "Backend" fix and provide the people the game that they have paid for and have a recognised key by the service.

    Same thing has happened to me. When I go to EA help it says the game is linked to my account so it's not a problem with me the code I redeemed. I literally had the game downloading and cancelled it because it was stuck on preparing, now it's completely gone and I can't find it anywhere. I cleared cache and reinstalled the app numerous times but still nothing. There's a problem with the app but no one at EA will address it. I've been waiting over a day now to play and I still haven't received a reply on EA help.
