My icon pick disappeared after i submitted one out of two squads

Same thing happened to me?! We want answers!

Icon pick I put in a 88 squad then tried doing other squad and then got kicked out of ultimate team and lost all the players I put in the 88 squad 

I  did the 88+ encore Icon Player Pick that was just released. I did it on the Web App. I completed the First Challenge without problems and got the pack. When i sent the second challenge i got an error that „team couldn’t be sent“. I logged in with the browser  and all the Players i used are gone from my Club but i don’t have the pack or the Icon pack. Please help!!!!

I lost my SBC as well for this icon. I lost a 95 and 93 rated by submitting the sbc but realised that the sbc gone. Please fix and give us back the players

the icon player pick was supposed to be icons of the card types being winter wildcards, future stars, toty, and one other type of icon released at around 2-3am but there wasnt a base icon included so it doesnt make sense why i got base lahm in it?

As title says. ENCORE icon pick on second attempt took a few ToT cards for the 88 completed it. Did the 87 then got an error which kicked to main menu. Log back in to ultimate Team and surprise surprise. The ICOm sbc dissapeared and didn't refund me the cards I used for the 88+. I got my 87 refunded though but many cards got stolen from first objective. EA support said they are aware, but gave no time frame or idea when fix will be available. I actually spent money doing the ligue 1 tot foundation packs and this Glitchy SBC stole the cards I technically paid for. If this doesn't get fixed I will actively seek a refund.. The whole series is becoming a joke 

can u tell us a predicted time or date for it getting fixed

Could you mark it as unsolved because it’s not solved? don’t want it to be not solved in the future cus of any miscommunication a lot of people lost many players?
