I received a free pack in a 100k pack but can’t find or redeem it, it’s not coming up in my store but it says I’ve got something to redeem in the store, any ideas anyone&nbsp;

nope because EA won't fix anythin they never do or whoever owns this game they never will fix it and people with the bug now cannot get their packs that they've wasted their time on
