Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it didnt happen at kick off but thats the only thing it lets me to write. What I want to say is: If you launch ea fc 24, when it says press x for personal settings affter that game crashes and my pc

I bought ea play in  order to play ea fc 24 for 10h but when I launch it after loading screen my game crashes and my pc restarts. Sometimes it may happen a bit earlier ath loading screen or a bit later on first video wiithh Sam Kerr or at game's menu, I cant stand this problem I just want to play this game. Is it my pc's problem or just a technical issue of the game
