My Screen was flashing red at the top

My Screen was flashing a long rectangle of red, clearly a visual glitch but I don't know what it is or if I should be worried? It only happened twice for about 4 seconds each time. Any help would be ...

Are you playing on a PC or console?

Check also if deleting any potentially corrupted files will fix this for you.

    I am on console unfortunately so I can't check, is there anything else I could do?
