Negotiated loan values calculated incorrectly

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Negotiate a salary percentage for a loaned player
What happens when the bug occurs? The values taken from the weekly budget and total budget are reversed. If you negotiate a 60/40 split (or any split value} where you pay 40 and the loanee pays 60, 60% value are taken from your budget {not 40} and vice versa.
What should be happening instead? I negotiate a value. The proper percentage should be removed from my budget.
40/60 in my favor shows the value associated with the opposition team getting his value taken from MY budget.
60/40 in his favor shows the 40 percent (his payment value) taken from MY budget
Etc.etc.etc.
