[Nintendo Switch] - EA Connect friends list error

The EA Connect friends list hub is showing this error on nintendo switch platform:

This is a consistent error, I 100% cannot see my friends list for more than a week now. It is not a connection issue and the game has been naturally restarted many times since this started. Console reset was also tried.
