Nintendo Switch Online Rivals Match Controller Not Working!

When I start a new Rivals match my controller does not work, although it is connected. The only thing working during game is ZR button which is let you access to Ea connect. I was forced to forfeit 3 matches because of this bug. I would like that my DNF points must be revoked
