No icon received in 3500 fc point pack

I bought a 3500 EA FC point pack containing a base icon, but I didnt get the icon in the pack.

Will I get a compensation for it ? 

I spent 3000 or 3500 fc points on a pack that I believe was to have 2 base icons but I didn’t get any. Can you check on this please?

I had this too! What a scam. What can we do?

Last november 25th I bought the pack that costed 500k coins ans 3500 fifa points i paid 35 euros for it since it promised a 90 ovr base icon and I got 88 scholes. I would like to know what’s going on I contacted ea support the 25th and today again, but I got no news and it seems like I won’t get a solution so I won’t be spending more fifa points. It’s a shane since around this dates I always do so since today it’s my bday and Christmas is around the corner as well as the totys.

Same here, opened two yesterday and didn’t get icons in either. And yet they continue to sell more on store. 

BECAUSE ONLY SOME HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED WITH THE +90 ICON ENVELOPE, I BOUGHT THE 3500 FC POINTS ENVELOPE WHEN THE ERROR WAS THERE BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE COMPENSATION. BADLY, EASPORT MAKES THE GAME NOT BALANCED
