No possible to download EA FC 24 In-Game Commentary - Brazilian for PS4

Why is not possible to download the EA SPORTS FC 24 In-Game Commentary - Brazilian Portuguese for United States (USA) Play Station 4 (PS4)?

I bought the game through USA PlayStation Network Store.... I can see, on the Internet, that other PSN stores have available in-game commentaries for download.

Also, free in-game commentary is available in other platforms (Nintendo Switch, for instance.) I have also a Nintendo Switch Version of FC 24 and I have no trouble in downloading the available in-game commentary in Brazilian Portuguese.
