Offline Draft black screen after half time but menu works

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? load into Offline Draft play through until half time then skip cutscene immediately
What happens when the bug occurs? play Offline Draft load into half time only to find the game is completely black screen but the main menu works, also the game isnt running
What should be happening instead? half time should work properly and the game should continue
went into an offline draft mode was playing the first game, everything was going well until halftime i skipped the cutscene and then the entire screen went back except for the ultimate team logo at the top right when i tried resuming the game, main menu works and everything but the game does not. it's also not like everything has visually disappeared the game its self isnt running or anything.. sooo draft token refund please?
