@Gauravgill75 This happens to me as well (Xbox Series S). However, I eventually managed to use lower league teams, so I'm not really sure what exactly is causing this.
With my original EA profile, which I've been using in previous FIFA's, my favorite team is Benfica, so a top league team, and that's the one I use in Seasons. And I can't select any lower league team from any country.
I created another EA account, which I have associated with a different profile in FC24 and in my console. The favorite team I selected in that profile is Cambridge United. And in that profile I can freely choose lower league teams.
I have no idea if this was because I selected a lower league team as favorite from the beginning (I tried to switch the favorite team in the original profile and it didn't change anything). Or maybe there is some bug related with my original profile and I would somehow need to do some sort of reset there?
So, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this doesn't seem to be a general bug happening in every profile.
