our servers are on the bench right now

i have been getting this error when trying to connect to UT since sunday. I played friday and saturday fine but all week ive been unable to play. i purchased the ultimate edition and ive hardly been able to play it!? im on xbox series X. can someone urgently look at this as this really is not fair.

@EA_Aljo I was randomly able to connect to the ps5 game for a couple of days (24/25th oct) but stopped connecting again yesterday 25th. While the ps5 worked the ps4 didn't and now the ps5 doesnt work the ps4 version does. The second account on the console didn't play during this time so doesn't appear to be linked to that.
