In my FC24 store it shows that i have 57 packs, but when i go into the store there are only 30 available. i have been loosing packs since last thursday and have lost 27 packs in total. whats going on? they have not been been traded on SBC as we have been saving the packs for toty and havent even opened them. they have just disappeared in the last five days. it says i have 57 packs on the store menu but when i go in to claim them theyre just not there! whats going on?!

Hi there, @Dan_Josh_7 Only 30 packs are displayed at a time. You just need to open some packs to get the others to display.

@Dan_Josh_7 If u don't want to open the packs that is fine. If u want specific packs to open and those are not being shown on the store page, u can download the companion app on ur smart phone and open those specific packs there. The companion app does not have a limit on number of pack being shown (as far as i know).

I had the same problem and indeed, by opening some, others appeared.
However, and I really hope EA can help me, I still had at least 30 packs in my store and yesterday they all disappeared. Gone. Over 30, of which several TOTS packs.
I only had 8 packs left, which I openened in the hope the others would reappear but unfortunately they don't.
I spend so much time earning them. Please get them back for me. Also I saw my coins going from a little over 250k down to 218k... I was not buying anything, just playing.
What is going on EA? Are you being hacked or something?
Please fix my earnings!
