Don't think it's a driver issue at all. It's 100% a rendering optimisation issue which needs a patch.
Setting the rendering quality to medium & im getting no micro stutters at 1440p 144fps solid now.
@markhuzz what gpu and cpu you using, cause ive got a rtx 2070 and 9700k and it works when i turn strand hairs off and graphics to low-mid
