In the beginning of the video, it goes from gameplay to cinematic of the player placing the ball. That FPS drop/lag, and also when Mbappé misses. That happens every time it goes from gameplay to cinematic/cutscene. So It happens with throw-ins, corner kicks, misses, goals, and sometimes in the first cutscene where you see the players go into the field ect.
Stuttering issue
I like that I posted a video as we were told. The view haven't changed. So I guess they aren't looking at It.
