PC Stuttering EAFC 24

I was able to play last night for 2 hours with only 1 occurrence. That 1 occurrence was a 3 second lag with a controller disconnect but I was still able to play afterwards. Whereas prior to the changes the game was unplayable after the first occurrence. I made a bunch of changes to the NVIDIA control panel settings along with making display config changes in game. Insane how we must jump through hoops to get an "AAA" game to play on PC. I'm still not confident that my issue is resolved. I forgot the in game setting changes I made but I'm pretty sure I have all the qualities set to "auto", vsync off and my max fps "disabled".  I'm playing with a RTX 4080 and an i9-13900HX Laptop.
