Of course not all 2. Just the one you like more. If you only want a stutter free experience with the normal Fifa Graphics then install the first one. If you want a stutter free experience without depth of field and motion blur then install the second one.

Its with the stutter fix, motion blur disabled, but high quality depth of field enabled.
If you unsure what to use, i would recommend this or the first one for you.
Its pretty simple to install the mods. Just download the Fifa Mod Manager:

Everything else is self explanatory.
The PS5 doesnt have this Problem as far as i know.
