SAME PROBLEM intensifies in cinematics, not happening in volta,

Same issues here. New PC build with top hardware and the game is nearly unplayable due to the constant stuttering. I'm my old PC (10 years old 970) I had to play at 720/low to have some stability at 30 fps. I thought after upgrading my PC I could the game at least in 1080/high/60 fps but lmao never expected EA to be EA with latest hardware...

As far as I know, we can't play online with fifa mods. If i'm wrong, please tell us how to install the mod and play online with no stuttering and s|-|it
