Lost 8 games becuse of this.
my penalty’s are broken can’t see the circle and lost 8 games. How can I get a good champions experience when I loss to this crap pls help. If you know what to do just write

Hi EA,
I have the same bug only in fut champions qualifiers and finals. During the game and during the penalty shootout, the penalty timing circle doesn't appear and I'll just have to guess and hope for the best. Hope this will be sorted as soon as possible, I'm not getting the results I deserve because of this bug. And apparently the majority of the people don't have to deal with this bug, giving them a huge edge over me and other unfortunate people.

This is really a very bad bug. 3 updates since the realese of FC 24 and still you havent fix the problem. Will you compensate us for all the matches we lost?

What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime i get awarded a penalty the red to green circle around the ball does not appear and this means that i just have to guess when the circle is green and therefore i cannot take my penalties properly this caused me to lose six games in FUT champions and has effected the rewards i received
What should be happening instead? The red to green circle should be appearing around the ball when i am awarded a penalty
How this can be a solution, when the bug is still occuring. I lost two games in futchampions because of that as well. This is a joke.
Hello, since the beginning of the game I have had thing missing penalty circle issue under the penaltytaker in all FUTCHAMPS modes in EA FC24. I lost a lot of games and my EA FC points are totally wasted if you loose like this. My nickname is Lito6276. I had it Friday 2023/10/6 and 2023/10/13 afternoon CET Amsterdam time and in all FUTCHAMPS qualifications before and after. I find it a disgrace this is not solved yet for me and all the fans around the world! Please fix this and compensate us for our losses! Thanks in advance.

I'm experiencing this error too and I've lost very frustrating critical matches because of it.
Please fix this issue asap as this has already brought a lot of Ls to my fut champs due to the inaccuracy of penalties
