Pepsi promo not giving me correct number of packs
I have purchased 3 bottles of pepsi max and redeemed my code but only 2/3 have been given to me. Please help

@zakberry @After reviewing, this promotion is specifically for players residing in the UK. If you're not in the UK, you won't be eligible. However, for a comprehensive understanding, I'd recommend checking out the linked FAQ. If you are based in the UK, please follow the steps below to access your rewards
1. Open your EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game on an approved platform and log in using the EA Account linked to your Pepsi Promo account.
2. Navigate to the Ultimate Team™ mode. If eligible, a pop-up will appear, confirming the receipt of your Pepsi reward content.
3. Visit the Ultimate Team™ Store, where your rewards should appear within 24 hours for your use.
Do remember that these rewards are restricted to one per EA Account and will be provided to your EA Account on the initial approved platform where you log in after successfully entering your unique code from the Pepsi promotion.
Im from the UK and have done all of that... its now 4 days since redeeming
