Pepsi promo not giving me correct number of packs

Missing pepsi rewards. on day one, i entered 23 codes in and got my rewards about 2 hours later. Since then i have entered 3 more and had nothing, its been 2 days now. 

Same issue. I redeemed one code on Monday (I'm in the UK) and received the items/pack, but two further valid codes later and nothing has come through more than 24 hours later. 

Redeemed 4 in UK.

2 appeared instantly. Others have not appeared and it’s been 2 days now

I have used 7 codes and only received 4 or 5 of them. It's such a shame EA can't release something to do with this game and have it work as it should. It was the same story with 23 constant mess up resulting in compensation and such. They tell us to go to Pepsi and Pepsi tell us to come here. They really don't know what they are doing sometimes. I just want the rest of my rewards from the codes as I'd love the Pepsi home kit. I've got 2 of the retro ones but not the one I want 

Mate shut up talking like a robot i havent had my rewards come through at all and its actually 10 per person i redeemed them last Saturday and stil nothing absolutely watsed my money on pepsi and feel scamed 

couldnt agree more - "make sure you linked your account" - really? never wouldve thought that, just another scam, i redeemed 10 codes, log into my account and thery dont even show, joke promo as per, well done EA

I did it at about 12:30am on the day of release, I redeemed 5 codes and still haven’t got anything. Been emailing EA constantly, been on live chat twice and still nothings sorted.

I am in the UK for 6 weeks and purchased one here. I still haven't got my rewards? is it because imnnot from the UK?
