I am writing to report persistent lagging and stuttering issues while playing EA FC 24 on my system. Here are the relevant details:

- RAM: 16 GB

- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
Interestingly, a friend with identical specifications (except for a GTX 1650) does not experience any stuttering problems.

- Reinstalled the game.
- Adjusted NVIDIA 3D settings for maximum performance.
- Adjusted game setting according to many Youtube videos.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Notably, during menu navigation and cutscenes, I achieve more than sufficient FPS. However, in actual gameplay, the frame rate drops significantly—from 150 FPS to occasional freezes.
