Player career mode keeps crashing

Hi, I played two seasons of player career mode, now at the end of the season The game always crashes when trying to end the season and start the next or when I come to the screen where I can choose to stay in my current club or change club I get stuck there and cand choose to stay in my current club or change to other ”recommended” clubs even tho I have fullfilled all my objectives. It so got damn frustrating that this keeps happening! Why are EA * on all players that like to play offline modes! * joke!
