Players and coins disappeared

Ive just logged on to ea fc 24 after 24 hours of not playing and i have lost 50 thousand coins, and my 190k striker and i have spent a lot of money on this and i am genuinely angry and upset please help asap

    Hey @olliedanny2005,

    If you're finding you've lost players and coins, I'd definitely go through these security steps as soon as possible to help ensure no one else may have access to your account.

    After that point you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Sports FC 24 > I need help with my hacked account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

    did you get your players and coins back same things happened to me

    Did you resolve this because I have logged on all my coins have disappeared but all my players are still here

    Same thing happened to me and I contacted ea customer support and they basically just said I should accept it because there's no suspicious activity then threatened me with a ban. Aye, class support EA 👍🏻
