Players not sprinting properly FC24

Does anyone experience this wierd issue while playing fc24 ? 

I was playing Division rivals and the players arent sprinting properly, when the ball is on the loose, the defender will sprint only after the attaker is having some advantage on ground. He runs casually for sometime and once the opponent striker get past he will start to sprint.. Also paced strikers feel slow compared to defenders. Its like 82 paced defenders outrun 90+ paced strikers.. i just dont understand why..
