Playing with 10 men - seasons

The past 4 games I have been playing seasons online at kick off my LW seems to go missing off the pitch and end up playing with 10 men. Then at half time my keeper goes missing leaving an open goal. What’s going on? And how can I solve this issue cause it’s driving me mad and giving opponents unfair advantage!!!
