Please make ON THE WAY UP trophy obtainable again

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After finishing a match the player doesn't earn experience and therefore doen't level up.
What happens when the bug occurs? I've played a lot of Volta matches to get the trohy "On the way up" in FIFA 22, but my player keeps stuck at level 0 because any season is running at the moment. It would be really appreciated if you could run an indefinite season like in FUT or just make it offline to be obtainable again so we have a chance to get the platinum trophy before the servers shut down in November.
