please start the game from ea application or origin

Creating a new user didn’t help 

Please run your PC in clean boot mode to close any other background applications, and then try again. If necessary, reinstall the game and let us know how that goes. Also, make sure to add the game and the EA app to the exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall.

i have done all this things you are saying, they arent working

this is really frustrating honestly

Please also try to uninstall and reinstall the  EA anticheat in case something is interfering with the app https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/

Close any background applications as well. 

It also doesn’t work

Has anyone found a solution for this problem ? both fc 24 and fc 25 give the same error when I try to launch the game
