Hello,

I've been redirected here after 5 tickets and 8 days of talking to EA Support via chat. The issue I have is that I haven't received my pre-season rewards. First time I contacted them I was told to wait 24 hours for them to show up, that was on 22.09 when I got to play the game. Then the following day I was told the same, and the next one. Nothing they can do, just told me to wait for them to show up. It didn't.

I've contacted them today, for a 6th time, and after being passed around 3 advisors, I was finally told, again, that they can't do anything, and come here on the forums where a manager will look and fix this issue, because they can't even give me some sort of compensation.

Please help me out, it's so frustrating that I spend so much time for these rewards in the final weeks of fifa 23 to not receive them. I have been playing FIFA since fifa 14 on this account, and never encountered any issues like this. This is so frustrating that it makes me uninstall, refund and delete my account forever.
