Pre season rewards missing !!!

Hi I completed all of the pre season objectives but all I received was 1 x 82x 10 pack and 1 new era pack instead of two where are all the rest of my packs EA please can u take a look into my account...

I did all my new era obj and my join the club obj but only received new era rewards. So I'm missing the efigs players an 82 x10, and 84×5 and an 83 x 5. Meanwhile other players received an 85 x 5. Pls help

me too i only got 82x10 and new era pack how could EA fix this > ?
