What did you that you get it? I have the same problem on PS4
I'm on PS5 and just downloaded the PS4 version and claimed it there, I'm not sure about it you're on PS4 unfortunately. But I've deleted this game and don't plan on playing the franchise again. They don't care about anything but store packs so there's not much point in continuing anymore.
