Question about FC24 loading stuff

So my brother bought FC24 last year and he really enjoys the game, BUT, for the past few months the game keeps taking a long time to load the match options after we both select our sides( not teams, the screen with the controllers). I have no idea what we have to do or try to fix this, he even reinstalled the game twice, and the problem wasn't fixed. I think you guys would be able to help guide us to fix the problem. Thanks
