Quick sell recovery not working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At October 27th after playing the champions finals i quick sold a duplicate player (De Bruyne 91) from my playstation 5. Even if I have 2 restores when I click on select data and I choose October 27th and hit search it gives a message saying "an error occurred while trying to load the discarded items" and the quick sell menu closes (Noting that at all other dates from October 25th to today, I can see the quick sold players and I can restore them except for October 27th which always closes the quick sell menus not giving me the opportunity to even see the quick sold players at that date)
