Quick sell recovery not working

The method works, but still 29th day is unavailable, I have my Hero Ramires there so I would love that EA would fix this!

I quick sold neymar by accident and now I csnt get him, I csnt believe this 

Don’t hold too much hope I lost well over 160k the other day and they had no interest of compensation, now got VVD sat in there and I can see this going the same way, no interest of helping

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seems like when you quicksell an icon you can’t recover him or any of the players that got quicksold that day.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t quicksell recover players from that day
What should be happening instead? I should be able to recover Blanc and RTTK Joao Pedro

Hi,

One of my friends quicksold my Blanc and RTTK Joao pedro and when I tried to recover them from the companion app it said that an error occurred while tying to find the quicksold players. When I tried the next day I could recover all the other players but those from yesterday that got quicksold. Can you please help me?
