Quick sell recovery not working

I found a fix, set your phones timezone to New Zealand and then try again, if it’s not there then do the day after the date that you discarded your player (since it’s technically a different timezone)

On the 29th October i have Karim Benzema discarded.  When i try to recover i get an error message that a technicsl issue occured during the recover process.  See screenshot attached.

Note all other days bring me a list of discarded players.  The problem is only with the 29th October and annoyingly the only player i want to recover.. 

I have the same. Quick sold to open packs and can't get the player back for the sbc. All other dates work but not the one with the valuable player. Soon it will begone. That and with a player I bought stuck in the transfer items page and the objectives indicator not working properly. I have so many bugs. I never remember having anything like this with previous versions. 

I can't recover my 88 bernardo silva...

I can not recover a discarded player on October 29, I get a message of an error occurred while trying to load the discarded items. PS the player its Al Owairan so please fix this

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Could you please just do anything to try prove that I did quicksell him an ea worker ‘assured’ me I didn’t quick sell him but what else would I have done I have 2 eyes and a memory I put the other into an sbc and discarded one to open a pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? I discarded my son and it didn’t show up in l quicksell recovery it was either 29th late at night or 30th early in the morning
What should be happening instead? I have old screen shots of my son being in my team but it wasn’t the one I discarded I’ve tried to send screen shot it said it’s too large

I’ve had a big problem with quick sell recovery this week. I packed two players in my division rivals rewards on Thursday. I let them be in my non sorted items because they were dublicates. After that I accidentally quick sold both the items. But when I go on the companion app to try and recover them, no items pop up from that day. It says that I haven’t quick sold any items from that day, which I know I did. I don’t remember which day it was but it was obviously after Thursday since that was when I got my rewards. Also I can’t access any quick sold items from October 29th. That might be the day that I quick sold the items.
