Quicksold active Evolution, can no longer open packs or claim new Items.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/28/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:55 PM
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Discard active Evolution via swapping with duplicate.

What happens when the bug occurs? Unabale to purchase packs or claim new items.
What should be happening instead? The game work as normal.

Player A,B, C are all the same player just different items.

I had previously evolved a Player A, however there was a better evolution combination. So I discarded player A and evolved Player B. I then wanted to evolve player C however B was still an active evo. I quicksold recovered player A and quicksold Player B(Active Evo). Its completely broken the game.

I have player A and B in my 'new items' section, I cannot claim them or quicksell.

I cannot evolve Player C, or claim any new items, I cannot open packs via coins, FC points or rewards.

Please help

  • Io spero che mi fate finire l'evoluzione di Colpani perchè ce l'ho buggato in lista oggetti da quasi una settimana e da 74 devo portarlo a 87, quindi in caso avete questo messaggio per dimostrare che il vostro gioco me lo impedisce e per di più non posso nè scartarlo, nè scambiarlo, nè dalla ps4 nè dall'app. Spero aggiustiate presto e se serve vi do l'accesso al mio account per controllare voi stessi. Fatturate milioni e ancora co ste cazzate di bug su un gioco semplice e fatto nemmeno troppo bene 

  • No fix yet. Have not been able to open packs or rewards for over a week. I did manage to claim new items via the web app, which also allows you to open player picks.I hope the glitch goes away once the active evo I quicksold, expires.

    If not I don't know what else I can do. The help chat support didn't offer any help and posting here doesn't seem to be noticed. Not sure what else I can do
