I can confirm that @ohnodyb ‘s solution worked for me. I quick sold Zaroury on the iPhone app and then restored it on the app as well. At first it looked like I had 2 versions of the original Evo Zaroury but when I logged into the game on the PS5 there was only one.  The stats were identical to the one I quick sold but it was now a founders Evo.  It can now bw put into the FC Founders upgrade Evo.

I had done the FC Founders II Evo and then budding starlet on my Zaroury and the glitch worked so I don’t think the order matters.
