Re: Cannot Go online

I bought ea fc 24 for my pc approx 20 days ago, and I was playing UT just fine till yesterday. I was getting some prompts from ea like we could not save your data to cloud, access local data etc and I thought they were nothing, I just wanted to play UT, yesterday I connected my ea account to companion app in my phone to access my team, but since then I cannot access it on my game in pc. As soon as the game opens and tries to connect with the servers, it shows "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more." 

I have tried all these methods and none of them have helped, changed DNS, done everything, and cannot go online. I even chatted with two of so called game specialists who just stalled my problem and tried to gave me repetitive solutions which I have already tried. One of them told me it was a general problem with many players and their team are fixing it. That was 12 hours ago. The second person told me that they have never seen such problem just post it on the forum so  here I am.

Please help.
