If anyone is still having issues, I was able to solve it. Go to the companion app and create a whole new squad and use random players, no matter their rarity. Any random cards will work that aren’t loaners. Save it and set it as your starting line up and your ultimate team should work after
This did not resolve the issue. And the bug is still occuring.

Community top resolution did not fix the issue. Moving between almost any menu lags, and I get kicked out of ultimate team every 5-10 minutes. Submitted a ticket to EA. Will post here if it's resolved. It definitely feels account/club related as it happens on both ps4 and ps5 versions. My internet speeds are perfectly fine. I've done game re-install, few even the UT squad update reinstall. Nothing helps.
I'm thinking this has something to do with the Sawa/Best cards, as they sometimes appear as "not found". Are other people with this issue have them/completed their SBCs?
I can't even connect to ultimate team ...i am not even able to make team . Rest all online modes work fine in fc24 . But when i try to connect to ultimate team . It says connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to main menu .
I have stable and fast internet connection but still it happens...if u resolve the issue.then plz do let me know .

Still an issue. Talked with probably a dozen people yesterday with the same issue. EA responds to my case with a generic "fix your internet" response. I'm 10000% sure it's not my internet, I'm hard wired, fast speeds, no other game with issues, other internet connections using game have same problem.

i am having the same exact issue. My TOTY Icons were also "Not Found" and I've also noticed that my chem rating is wrong on my team. I was also often having issues logging in from the companion app. It definitely doesn't feel ISP related and more like our accounts are bugged.
Mine fixed itself yesterday, after I was unable to play any UT Games for the last couple of days.
I saw some other posts from people saying this started after they downloaded the companion app and edited their team there. I was using the app the other day, so I logged out of it completely and then uninstalled it. When I tried to play UT a few hours later it was working. Could be a coincidence, or the companion app could be an issue.
