• Are you using Bluetooth or connected: I have tried running my controller both with bluetooth and wired

- I am using Xbox One Wireless controller.

- I use an official USB adapter for my controller, my mouse, keyboard, headphones, webcam, somethimes i plug the controller in, so it can charge.

- As i said earlier, i use wireless connection with official controller dongle. It works flawlessly with every other game except EA FC 24. An btw it happens if i plug the controller to the PC via USB too. 
This issue has been here since FIFA 23, it has to be fixed. I can only play squad battles or moments, in rivals it's like battling not only your opponent, but the game itself.

• Are you using Bluetooth or connected : Both, I have tried just wireless and have tried with just the charger wire also have tried with both connected at the same time not sure if that affects anything.
• If Bluetooth are you using your system or official controller dongle: Official controller dongle

  The controller works fine scrolling through the modes, transfer market, adjusting my ultimate, ETC. But the moment I enter any online game mode my controller works for 20 seconds after kickoff then BOOM gone, every control from passing to just moving the player completely stops working.  I am able to pause the game and scroll the controls and all those things, it even shows my controller in the setting connected but the moment I resume the match same issue cant do anything but pause and quit match to receive a DNF

Why is this marked as RESOLVED?!?!

WL is coming and we are all going to be bathered cuz EA haven't fixed this problem. It was happening in FIFA 23, it's happening now as well. Enjoy playing 60% of ur matches and losing almost all cuz this is unbearable.. 

I have had the same problem, i use nintendo pro controller on pc and it doesn't work on game, i have no other devices plugged in. I tried using my controller but this also didn't work for the game

@EA_Darko can you atleast give us an update on when we can expect a patch for this problem? Or should we never trust ea games in future. 

can anyone help my controller works all fine in menu but when i wanna enter division rivals its not working its glitching can anyone help WL is coming and i cant get enough points because of this bug

Like my controller works all fine in squad battles but when i start any online game mode players just dont wanna move i really wanna play the game but like can anyone fix this 

@EA_Darko It has been over 2 weeks now. Please update us whether you have identified the problem and when can we update a patch for it.

We have already provided you with details you asked us for about our controllers build.

the problem is "when I play rivals or any online game the controller not working in game while it working out of the game and on any offline game as squad battles"

I’m having a issue with the controller not working on pro clubs/ division rivals and having found a fix it’s ruining my game experience 

Also, how can this issue be marked as solved if the issue isn't solved and there are new people posting every day that there is an issue?

Pleas fix this issue, I am trying to play the game but my controller keeps glitching. Any other game my controller works fine but only on ea fc 24 it glitches.

@EA_Darko Are you dead or what? This is robbery, give back our money or fix the online joystick not working issue. So many people have complained about this and you guys have fixed everything else except this in the Title 3 Update.

Facts.

I've literally just been in a game, PS5 controller died mid game but it's still receiving power.

Maybe the community needs to start looking into the legalities of releasing what is a fundamentally a faulty product, consumer law in the EU protects consumers from this kinda nonsense.
