Hi there, @Wigglywamma 

Thanks for reaching out. We should go through some connection troubleshooting so we can find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

    @EA_Aljo  The same just happened to me and I’m quite angry as it means that I can now no longer reach Rank III in Champions. I have good internet and this never usually happens so why it has now, I haven’t a clue. For reference, the match was 2-2 when I disconnected, which makes it even worse as I had a chance of winning.

    Both of you are playing on a wireless connection. Disconnects and lag are common with those. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

    @EA_Aljo I play upstairs in my room and my router is downstairs, so wired internet is not an option.

    @gygtgrgrtrgt 

    That's why you keep disconnecting then. You may want to look into getting a powerline adaptor. That would most likely resolve this. If that's not an option and you must stay wireless, make sure you connect using 5g. Also, try putting your system on it's own wireless channel. That can be done in your router settings.
