Re: ea anti cheat
I tried all the steps and it still doesn't work... I do not have any anti cheat installed on my pc, a couple weeks ago the game worked just fine and now I can't even play. Are there any other solutions?

After these steps, when trying to launch the game did anything change at all or it's behaving the exact same way?
Since we're been unable to find out what's blocking the Anti Cheat from working properly, you could perhaps try a new Windows Admin account: Manage user accounts in Windows
